LEFT HAND POSITION

Time to use your LEFT HAND.

Place your little finger on “C” and let the remaining four fingers fall naturally on the next four white keys as shown in the drawing to your right screen.

As we said in our previous lesson, the LEFT HAND fingers are labeled as follows:

THUMB          ----- G

POINT FINGER ----- F

MIDDLE FINGER ----- E

RING FINGER ----- D

LITTLE FINGER ----- C

Play the notes just like the warm up we did with your right hand. Play your notes backward G….F….E….D….C Play it slow. C…..…D….….E.….…F.….…G Play it out of order. C…F….E….G…..D

Make sure you did a lot of practice, you did not look at your fingers anymore and your eyes are now focused on the music board.
